  2. Entrepreneurialfounder, institutions, and SME’sinternationalisation/performance. This research topic focuses onthe effects of the interplay of the entrepreneurial founder andexternal institutions on firm’s international strategy andperformance.

  3. MNE-subsidiaryrelationship, managerial discretion and corporate governance.This topic addresses the potential agency relationship betweenMNE’s headquarter and foreign subsidiaries and explore thebest practice of corporate governance among multinationalenterprises.
