Wastewater treatment Prof. Lei SHAO obtained his PhD at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, China in 2000, and then conducted postdoctoral research at the Research Center of the Ministry of Education for High Gravity Engineering and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) before he joined the faculty of College of Chemical Engineering, BUCT in 2002. He has been focusing on the research of high-gravity (HiGee) technology since then, with interest in its applications in separation, reaction and nanoparticle preparation. Dr. Shao is a full professor since 2005 and has published 210 peer-reviewed papers and filed more than 40 patents. |
