In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of important notices such as the Notice on Applying for High-level Postgraduate Programs for Chinese Government Scholarships in 2024-2025 and Notice on Carrying out the Enrollment of Chinese Government Scholarships for Studying in China in the 2024/25 Academic Year issued by the China Scholarship Council, Online interviews and reviews of candidates for the 2024-2025 Chinese Government Scholarship University Postgraduate Program doctoral group and master's group were held on March 25 and March 26 respectively in the 505 conference room of the library. The review expert group is composed of more than 10 experts and professors from the School of International Education, Graduate School, College of Chemical Engineering, College of Materials Science and Engineering, College of Chemistry, College of Life Sciences and Technology and College of Information Science and Technology.

More than 200 written application materials for international students were strictly reviewed from aspects such as academic performance, academic achievements, and completeness of materials, and Shortlist candidates based on differences. The interview review is based on the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. The process includes three links: candidate defense, on-site questions from the judges, and scoring by expert judges. In accordance with our school's admission review and assessment system for international students, and in conjunction with the relevant requirements of the China Scholarship Council, candidates were quantified from aspects such as academic performance, scientific research ability, language level, comprehensive quality, and development potential. After the assessment, 40 outstanding candidates were finally selected and reported to the China Scholarship Council.
