1.Programme description
This Program aims to cultivate high-quality chemical engineering talents who can meet the needs of the chemical industry transitioning toward green processes, intelligent manufacturing and high-end products, and possess a global vision, innovative spirit, and the expertise to engage in process design, product R&D, industrial support, scientific research, and integrated management in such fields as chemistry, energy, environmental protection, medicine, and materials science.
Graduates will meet the following requirements:
1.1 Integrate the knowledge, methodologies and tools to solve complex engineering problems in actual chemical production, and complete the design, optimization, diagnosis and project management of complex chemical processes;
1.2 Monitor international trends in chemical engineering and related fields, and conduct new product R&D, process development, and technological innovation;
1.3 From a holistic perspective, adhere to engineering ethics and professional integrity, consider the process safety, environmental protection, energy efficiency and economic benefits in chemical engineering and related fields, and assume the responsibility for the sustainable development of society and economy;
1.4 Effectively communicate with peers,customers and colleagues,coordinate and handle various tasks related to the team work under interdisciplinary background;
1.5 Focus on professional development, continuously improve professional competencies, skills and global perspective, and enhance career competitiveness.
