This Program aims to cultivate high-level management talents with innovative competencies and strong adaptability to economic needs. The Program requires students to have solid theoretical foundation and systematic expertise in management and economics, understand relevant discipline knowledge, and track cutting-edge developments in the field. Students shall also master a foreign language proficiently and can read the foreign literature related to this program. Students shall master knowledge of measurement and statistical analysis and be proficient in operation and application of statistical analysis software. Students shall master modern management methods and techniques and be able to independently conduct management of practical work and theoretical researches. After graduation, students will be qualified for teaching and research positions in colleges, universities and scientific research institutions, or managerial roles including human resources, marketing, financial management, and strategic management.
