Ⅰ.Overview
1.Programme description
This Program is built upon the discipline of Chemical Engineering, supported by a faculty team comprising 24 professors, including one academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, two MOE "Changjiang Scholar" Distinguished Professors, two winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and 23 associate professors. Moreover, it has a key laboratory of biological processing in Beijing. This Program has a high level in biocatalytic technology, biomaterial, biochemical separation technology, etc. In recent years, it has made great breakthroughs in environmental biotechnology and new bioenergy, and has interdisciplinary penetration with multiple disciplines such as food, medicine, material, environment and energy.

Ⅱ.Entry requirements
1.Have a minimum score of 90 in TOFEL or 6.5 overall band in IELTS (English native speakers are exempted ). Or to provide other language certificates recognized by BUCT.
2.Be an academically excellent holder of a master's degree or its equivalence under the age of 40.
